Human Resources Specialist Location: Niles, OH (Fully On-Site)

Position Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Niles, OH. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes

· Develop and implement onboarding programs

· Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs

· Support performance management initiatives

· Coordinate employee training and development programs

· Foster positive employee relations and engagement

· Enforce company policies and procedures

· Process payroll accurately and on time

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

· Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

· Proficiency in Korean and English, or English only (both written and spoken)

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities

· Proficient in MS Office and relevant HR software

Preferred Qualifications

· Multilingual skills (English, Chinese, Spanish etc.)

· Experience in a multicultural work environment
