Water Restoration & Floor Cleaning Technician

This is a full-time position offering hourly pay of $18.00 to $24.00, with performance-based raises and opportunities every six months.

Job Summary

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses, providing timely and effective services to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires flexibility to be "on-call" 24/7, as we provide emergency response services to our customers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills:
  • Basic math skills for equipment use.
  • Proficiency in computer and mobile devices for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Daily Schedule:
  • Report to the shop at 8AM
  • Travel to restoration or cleaning jobs
  • Conduct pre- and post-job equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Perform services such as:
  • Carpet and floor cleaning
  • Water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration
  • Odor remediation and crime scene cleanup
• Maintain company vehicles and inventory
• Represent the company professionally in appearance, behavior, and communication
• Document work and complete daily logs
• Communicate effectively with customers and management to ensure project completion
• MUST BE ABLE TO BE ON CALL 24/7 SINCE WE ARE AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
