Mustang Disaster CleanUp is seeking a candidate for an Entry-Level Management position for our Rapid City, SD territory, serving all of Western South Dakota with our Cleaning & Restoration services. We are a growing company looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of the team. This is a salaried position; salary will depend on management experience.

Note: This role involves field work and team leadership rather than a purely desk-based job.

Responsibilities

• Serve in an entry-level management capacity for the Rapid City, SD territory, leading a team in cleaning and restoration projects.
• Work in the field with the team on cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Collaborate to think creatively, adapt quickly, and apply problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver services in both disaster and non-disaster cleaning scenarios.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• High School Diploma/GED.
