What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery of top-tier mitigation and restoration services, ensuring all work aligns with IICRC standards.
• Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate on-site activities.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance; complete Work Orders and Technician’s Daily Log.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
• Review daily project requirements, document progress, and inform managers of progress and challenges.
• Supervise and perform water damage tasks including demolition, debris removal, containment, wall cavity drying, carpet seam cutting, and baseboard removal.

Physical Demands

• Lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
• Mobility and ability to maneuver in tight spaces

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent water damage restoration experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, proficiency with restoration software such as Xactimate.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-first mindset to build trust with clients and inspire your team.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or IICRC certifications a plus.
