Work Dates Needed: On-going - Temp to Perm - Local/Drive-in Only Preferred Schedule: Full-Time 6:30a-4p Mon-Fri when not on call Worksite Setting: Hospital Inpatient Outpatient Scope of Work: Case Mix: General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Ortho, IR, EP, Cardiac, GI endoscopies, and Ophthalmology 17 operating rooms, 1 ASC, and 1 OP GI Center Level III Trauma/Stroke Annual surgical volume: 7,-bed facility and 30-bed ED Collaborative medical staff Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI license, Active DEA w/WI address, Not accepting candidates who need to obtain a license Board Certified General Anesthesiologists ACLS, BLS Open to recently trained fellows Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Anesthesia EMR: EPIC Posted Date:
