On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW Schedule and execute all phases of construction Attendance at regular internal and external tailgate meetings and daily discussions on project health and safety Preparation of daily reports with the Project Manager, Site Safety and Health Officer, and QCM Review and processing of project submittals Take an active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on-site staff Coordination with on-site subcontractors Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications High School Degree or Equivalent Demonstrated experience with RSMeans pricing At least 3 years in the construction industry, with a preference for federal/DOD work OSHA 30 certification Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Excellent computer skills Skilled in Microsoft Office programs Construction management experience Preferred Federal Government or DOD experience in constructions First Aid/CPR Certified NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job is primarily performed in a n office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting; however, this role also requires working outside in all weather conditions with nearby machinery while navigating the uneven terrain of an active construction site. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position supervises employees ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
