ProLocums
General Description:-
The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics (down to 6 months of age), occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.
The provider needs to agree to perform ALL of the following cases from Day 1. No exception. They will have to sign the attestation form for these procedures.
- Healthy pediatrics down to 6 months of age
- Major vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair
- Cardiac Cath lab cases
- OB
- Trauma
- Regional Anesthesia/Peripheral nerve blocks
This is a Mon- Fri 8 hour shift. No night call or weekend call.
Below is the updated list of 17 weeks that are available in 2026. We need at least 10 -12 weeks of availability in 2026 to make it worth credentialing.
Provider also needs to attend in person Orientation (within 2 weeks before the start date on a business day)

Candidate Requirements
- Active IN State License or IMLC.
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
- Order entry is expected to be completed by locum provider.
