Our client is a commercial generator services business backed by a private equity sponsor. The company is rapidly expanding its geographical footprint and is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Chief Executive Officer to drive all operations across a distributed service network. The lower middle-market business is seeking a highly entrepreneurial CEO responsible for the ongoing expansion through organic projects and acquisitive activity, with the goal of significant growth and eventual exit. The CEO will drive growth through a recurring revenue model and will interface with all acquired companies and oversee full integration. The position offers a very attractive compensation package including bonus opportunities and substantial equity participation.

This role requires a CEO with private equity experience and a proven track record of leadership, strategy development, and delivering revenue growth and return on investment for investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across a distributed service network, including organic initiatives and acquisitions.
• Develop and execute the company strategy in partnership with the investor, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives.
• Interface with acquired companies and manage full integration of operations, culture, and systems.
• Oversee the transition to a recurring revenue business model and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure alignment of operations, finance, and commercial teams to support scale and expansion.

Qualifications

• Previous private equity experience with a proven legacy of leadership and strategic development.
• Demonstrated success in conceptualizing strategy, building organizations, and achieving significant revenue growth and ROI.
• Ability to lead across a distributed service network and manage complex integrations of acquired entities.
