Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities: •May assist with bus operator tracking system for bus operator performance and evaluations. •Assists safety to proactively address questions and ensures proper handling of customer issues or concerns. •Maintains transparent communication with all levels of the organization. •Reviews and analyzes daily operational reports to ensure service goals are met. •Maintains operational service levels by enforcing quality and customer service standards. •Dispatches and coordinates the use of vehicle and driver resources to meet daily operational schedules . •Prepares trip reservation assignments to operators. •Assists with the schedule writing and maintaining accurate records. •Assists, plans, and manages additional events that are required for operational services. •Counts and completes daily receipts, cash if applicable and maintains accurate records. •Reviews & analyzes road conditions, traffic flow, vehicle and driver availability. . •Determines & implements adjustments to schedules and routes. •Responds to employee complaints and concerns and provides recommendations for disciplinary actions. •Delivers coaching and discipline to employees. •Analyzing findings from investigations of accidents and incidents.
