Staying knowledgeable of industry advances and insurance products is essential. **A Glimpse Into Your Day** Main contact for clients, addressing inquiries, guiding coverage changes, and educating on policy exclusions. Develops tailored insurance plans. Acts as field underwriter and carrier representative for assessing and binding coverage. Manages renewal remarketing to retain accounts. Prepares proposals, submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses, and communicates billing options. Produces binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related documents. Assists clients with claims reports and expedites claim settlements. Reviews policies during renewals and audits, communicating discrepancies. Reviews cancellation requests to retain clients while maintaining financial integrity. Stays informed about industry developments and recommends process improvements. Resolves complex client issues and performs other duties as assigned. **What Success Looks Like** Property and Casualty License; insurance designations preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent; four-year degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of account management experience in personal lines insurance. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Deep understanding of personal lines coverage and client advising capability.
