Overview
On-site IT resource focused on system administration with healthcare/biomed experience, supporting 60 servers and related applications. The role involves analyzing servers, documenting OS, platform interactions with EMRs, network placement, and mapping relationships to gain visibility for risk and stability.
Responsibilities Analyze and document what is on each server, including operating systems and how servers interact with EMRs. Understand network context and device interactions; map server relationships and potential risks to ensure readiness when issues arise. Leverage healthcare/biomed knowledge to support niche requirements and backfill planning as needed. Coordinate with on-site team; manage tasks with a focus on patient monitors and rapid remediation when knowledge gaps exist.
Qualifications
System administrator with healthcare and/or biomedical experience preferred. Experience with Windows, VMware, cloud environments, and general networking (IP reservations, wireless networking, joining networks). Very niche position; capability to adapt for 3090 days with potential for backfill into a full-time role. On-site availability, MondayFriday, in Louisville, KY. Ability to start as soon as possible.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $40.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to benefits; benefits may vary by job classification and length of employment.
