This role is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide insights on Sherwin-Williams products. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Staying updated on product features and maintaining the visual standards of the store will also be key aspects of your role. You will strive to deliver exceptional customer service while actively contributing to the store's sales goals.
Please note that this position involves direct contact with customers, including minors, as well as access to sensitive items such as cash and personal information. To safeguard our business and clientele, a review of criminal history is necessary.
The selected candidate will work at Store #708026, located at: 7102 N Division St. Spokane, WA 99208. This is a FULL-TIME position with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour.

Legally authorized to work without needing future sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint or related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
