In this role, you will manage a high-volume, robust Paid Search program to generate customer and prospect revenue growth within spend and revenue targets. You will lead campaign management and performance analysis efforts to maximize paid search incremental revenue growth. You will report to the Paid Search Channel Lead. Responsibilities
Product Feed Management and Connectivity with the broader Grainger Technology Team Daily Health Checks and Issue Resolution Identify opportunities for feed optimization Paid Search Campaign Management (performance analysis, program health checks, optimization) Project manage rapid testing initiatives to support incremental ROAS goals Prepare and present performance reviews and opportunity discussions with marketing leadership Collaborate with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 vendor teams to meet PPC objectives, troubleshoot issues, and stay informed of new capabilities Grow and optimize keyword portfolio through rapid testing (data analysis, bid strategy, audience/product, ad copy, landing pages) Automate processes, reporting and alerts Coordinate with internal partners and vendors to define strategy, budget recommendations, and ROI deliverables Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a large-scale Paid Search program for a well-established online retailer (strong foundation with product information considered) Strong understanding of Paid Search channel and best practices (campaign structure, geo/rapid testing, bid strategy management) Experience with product listing ads (PLA) and product feed optimization preferred Proficient in quantitative analysis and translating analysis into actionable insights Ability to generate reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Power BI Proven ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships Strong project management skills Experience collaborating with organic/SEO and testing & analytics teams preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SQL Experience leveraging product information; segmentation or categorization of products Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,300.00 to $142,200.00.
