What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage 4 to 5 account teams, overseeing high-level strategy development for clients

Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong working relationships with clients

Develop strategic communications plans, including identifying key messages and audiences

Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions

Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development

What is Required (Qualifications)

At least 7 years of PR agency experience

Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business

Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management

Excellent publicity skills with a strong understanding of media and storytelling

Superior people and communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in running a reactive and proactive press office and handling incoming press inquiries

A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts

Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to delivery

Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking
