Safety Manager Chicago, IL Full Time/Direct Hire About: The Safety Manager will promote a safety-first culture by ensuring OSHA compliance, mitigating risks, and collaborating with field teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions. Develop and update safety policies and procedures. Lead incident investigations and recommend preventive measures. Manage safety documentation and deliver training programs. Frequent regional travel required. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of safety experience in commercial construction or industrial trades. Strong knowledge of OSHA and related regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical site inspections. Relevant safety certifications preferred or willingness to obtain. Spanish language skills a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
