EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze business models and processes; ensure solutions meet requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops; document functional specifications; assist with testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) releases. Collaborate within a team across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Travel to meet with clients as needed to build relationships and understand their needs. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements. Experience in system configuration design and cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design. Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40–60%. Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP Certification(s). Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP Asset Management. Experience with one of the following additional licensed products: 3rd party planning and scheduling tools 3rd party MRO master data governance tools SAP service and asset management (mobility) SAP field service management SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH) SAP business network asset collaboration SAP asset performance management SAP spatial asset management SAP work clearance management (lock out tag out) SAP geographical enablement framework SAP environment health & safety What We Look For

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US of $102,500 to $187,900; in NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) the range is $122,900 to $213,400. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement, project or year.
