$85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Position Summary

The National Association of REALTORS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the VP of FP&A. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance by implementing best practices for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts; collaborate with departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with the strategic plan. Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly management reports; analyze performance against budget/forecast/prior year; identify improvements and implement corrective actions; identify trends, variances, and KPIs; provide actionable insights. Systems and Process Improvements: Assist in building out NetSuite Planning and Budgeting; train users; continuously improve budgeting/forecast processes; implement FP&A best practices. Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a finance partner to various teams, promoting financial accountability and transparency. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 5-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting is a plus. Knowledge of data tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; strong written and verbal abilities. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; high attention to detail; intellectual curiosity; proactive mindset. Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and ability to drive projects independently; proven communication and stakeholder influence. Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 NAR is on a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in the office. Organizational Overview
