About the Job

As a Media Director, you will lead multiple accounts and drive holistic integration across disciplines, leveraging expertise in all media channels, especially digital. You\'ll deliver end-to-end marketing perspectives, identify business opportunities, and sell innovative solutions to grow client business and agency revenue. With a focus on strategy, integration, and team management, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work, while mentoring and managing staff to build a high-performing team. You\'ll also maintain strong client relationships, staying up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to drive success.

A Day in the Life

Oversee media planning and execution to ensure high-quality work products.

Review briefs and challenge teams on strategic outputs using data-driven approaches.

Collaborate with internal and external groups to deliver strategic excellence.

Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on industry trends.

Identify business growth opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide strategic guidance and leadership to media planning teams.

Mentor and develop team members to ensure accurate and timely performance.

What you will need

Bachelor\'s degree (preferred).

8+ years of related media work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions (charts, graphs, pivot tables, VLookup) and competency in Word and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in media applications, including MediaTools, KANTAR, and Prisma.

Strategic thinking skills with ability to lead client presentations and discussions.

Excellent relationship building skills, with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across internal, external, and client teams.

Ability to adapt communication style and depth of content to relevant audiences, and present ideas clearly and professionally.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Salary $130,000 - $170,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
