About The Palm Beach Health Network (PBHN): PBHN comprises six hospitals and care centers spanning Palm Beach County and is the largest healthcare network in the region, including Delray Medical Center, Palm Beach Children’s Hospital, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, St. Mary’s Medical Center, and West Boca Medical Center, along with a large multi-specialty physician group and outpatient facilities. Position Summary

The Hospital Chief Human Resources Officer serves the hospital and group leadership team as strategic advisor on HR issues, representing specific hospital or market needs; ensuring implementation of HR processes, systems, policies and programs; leading employee relations matters; and leading HR liaison to attract, develop and retain talent. The CHRO serves as the key liaison to broker the HR service delivery model, ensuring support in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition and deployment, learning, employee relations, organization design and restructuring. He/she is accountable for oversight and governance of group and hospital HR processes, systems and policies. Employment practices will not be influenced by protected characteristics. At least 10 years’ experience in providing HR services, solutions and leadership across varying sizes and business models. Partnering with business leaders to design and implement strategic HR strategies. Ability to manage and develop senior HR functional and leadership capability. Led organization design, restructuring and strategic workforce planning initiatives. Led complex, system-wide organizational change resulting from operating model transformation, mergers and acquisitions, or consolidation. Experience in shaping organizational culture through organizational development strategies that boost engagement and satisfaction. Strong generalist HR capabilities across talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management and development. Professional And Personal Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Influence senior leaders and align diverse perspectives toward common goals. Analyze business and people performance using data to drive insights and outcomes. Balance enterprise and business-specific requirements with high-quality HR partnering. Lead change management strategies and processes; retain top talent and ensure engagement. Identify, develop and retain talent with effective engagement and rewards strategies. Manage budgets, understand P&L, and perform cost-benefit analyses. Prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver within cost and timing expectations. Strong organizational planning, critical thinking and prioritization. Inspire and motivate HR teams from frontline to senior professionals. Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and plans; demonstrate courageous leadership in difficult situations. Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field required. Master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred. Compensation

Consult with business leaders on capability gaps, talent needs, compensation, organization effectiveness and development requirements. Partner with Hospital Operations CHRO and Tenet CoEs to implement solutions and meet SLA/KPI targets. Engage with external HR groups to stay current on industry trends and best practices. Ensure successful implementation and evolution of the HR service delivery model. Essential Functions Of The Role

Act as point of contact for HR services and solutions to the business. Participate in strategic meetings and translate business strategies into HR initiatives. Manage labor and productivity initiatives to deliver cost improvements. Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management; develop and coach HR staff. Use data analytics to design innovative HR solutions aligned with business needs. Drive processes that support strategy, talent management, engagement and organizational effectiveness; oversee service delivery against SLAs. Provide coaching to managers on problem solving and capability development. Drive simplification and efficiency; build internal capability and retain senior leaders. Lead culture change aligned with business vision; leverage external networks for market insights. Identify HR solutions and manage contracting processes to deliver priorities at multiple levels.
