Contribute to a culture of open dialogue and collaborative problem solving across a distributed, virtual team.
Remote opportunity available; preference for candidates located in Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA or Irving, TX.
What a Typical Day Might Look Like
Partnering with product teams on a new technology rollout or exploring a novel corporate structure.
Synthesizing insights from multiple legal experts to offer business-focused guidance in plain language.
Drafting complex data licensing agreements or leading the negotiation of strategic commercial deals.
Leading the implementation of a compliance or risk mitigation plan in collaboration with other departments.
