Responsible for all pricing across the personal lines homeowners book Be a strategic leader in building and refining our pricing processes, ensuring a competitive and data-driven approach in pricing Play a crucial role in developing and implementing new rating structures, using advanced predictive analytics Managing a team of 3 currently, with planned expansion to around 7 in the next 2 years Reporting into the SVP of Product & Pricing The Company
Working in a growing organisation – recently went public and planning to enter new states this year (in addition to the 3 they already operate in) Business is looking to launch commercial products in the near future Plans for 3 x new state entries in the next year Qualifications
Must have management experience 6+ years of experience in P&C Pricing Actuarial exams not necessary but must have Actuarial experience Willingness to be in office 5 days per week Applicants must hold the right to work in the USA without sponsorship Job Details
