The Vice President of Human Resources, AIS, reports to the Chief People Officer and serves as a trusted advisor to the Intelligent Spaces President, guiding the people strategy for a multi-national technology business and driving growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead a team of HR Strategic Advisors and HR Managers, partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and collaborate with executive leaders across geographies to translate business needs into scalable HR solutions. Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to develop a practical and business-focused talent strategy aligned with the AIS business Shape the strategic direction of the HR function as a core member of the HR Leadership Team Lead and develop a team of 10+ Strategic Advisors and HR Managers globally Leverage people analytics to deliver actionable insights to executives to enable data-informed decisions Monitor internal dynamics and external market trends to evolve the people strategy for long-term success Design and align structures, roles, and workflows to enable strategic execution and scalable growth Support mergers, acquisitions, and integrations with people-focused strategies and smooth transitions for associates Provide strategic guidance across workforce planning, hiring, leadership development, succession, organizational design, performance, and rewards Partner with HR COEs and cross-functional HR teams to develop frameworks, processes, and toolkits that enhance performance Embed company values into HR strategies, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, business strategy, or organizational development Experience with acquisitions and integrations Strong change management experience Experience in multinational organizations Proven success leading and retaining high-performing HR teams Trusted advisor to senior business leaders, including C-level executives, with influencing capabilities Ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR solutions that drive performance and growth Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform talent and business strategies Experience designing and executing global talent management strategies (workforce planning, succession, leadership development) Experience in Total Rewards strategy and its application to business needs and retention Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders Inspirational, consultative leadership style with credibility

High energy, adaptability, decisiveness, and a commitment to business success Strong financial acumen linking HR strategy to business outcomes Education

Education (minimum) : Bachelor of Business Administration Preferred Education : Master of Human Resources; Master of Business Administration Travel Requirements

This role will travel >30%. Primary travel locations include: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Costa Mesa, CA; Montreal, Quebec; Lyon, France; Sinsheim, Germany; Bangalore, India; Hong Kong; Other countries. Atlanta, GA is a highly preferred work location. Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $183,200.00 to $366,000.00. Placement within this range varies by experience and location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental, vision, 401K, and commissions/incentive compensation depending on the role. For a list of benefits, refer to the company website.
