The
Business Development Executive
plays a vital role in generating business opportunities by actively engaging in outbound prospecting across various industries and accounts. This role demands close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to effectively target high-potential clients, identify their business challenges, and arrange productive discovery calls that drive sales pipeline growth. You will be at the forefront of our demand generation strategy, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Orum to locate key decision-makers, create tailored outreach, and initiate impactful conversations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing and sales to pinpoint target accounts and effective outreach strategies.
Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and schedule qualified meetings.
Identify and understand client pain points, buying signals, and project timelines.
Evaluate leads against our ideal customer profile (ICP) and apply BANT criteria.
Maintain up-to-date records of all activities and contacts in HubSpot CRM.
Facilitate the scheduling of discovery meetings and ensure a seamless transition to Account Executives.
Provide feedback to the Marketing team regarding campaign effectiveness and content requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly outbound activity targets (calls, emails) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting; B2B tech/SaaS experience preferred.
Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Effective time management and ability to maintain personalization in outreach.
Genuine interest in addressing business challenges and building relationships.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the ERP or enterprise software sector, especially with SAP.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
Proven success in a similar SDR/BDR role in a consulting or IT services organization.
