Overview

Senior Project Manager is a key resource to meeting the requirements of this PWS. They must demonstrate that they have the qualifications and experience to successfully deliver complex IT development projects on-time and within budget with the assigned resources. This position is directly responsible for managing the entire project and contract lifecycle, including roadmap planning and release planning/management. It is expected that this person understands and exemplifies the entirety of the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) including professional stakeholder communication, scope and risk management, and excellent written and verbal communications. Responsibilities

Lead the Contractor team to ensure that AMA operates in a secure manner, managing risk, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the data. Manage project milestones and deliverables to meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements expressed as user stories, as well as user expectations. Ensure that documentation and code are uploaded and maintained within the appropriate FNS OIT repositories (e.g. Enterprise GitHub CCR, SharePoint, Jira). Contribute to day-to-day operational activities and provide tactical level project leadership. Oversee the timely delivery of artifacts and work products as listed in the PWS and the Deliverables section. Provide excellent stakeholder management, clear and concise communications, organizational skills, time-management, and leadership skills. Demonstrate excellence in writing technical documentation and developing leadership presentations/briefs. Experience leading IT projects/programs of similar complexity and size using an established SDLC methodology (e.g., documentation, decision point reviews). Qualifications / Requirements

Experience delivering IT projects/programs of similar complexity and size, with responsibility for roadmap planning and release planning/management; ability to manage the entire project and contract lifecycle with assigned resources. Strong understanding and application of PMBOK processes, professional stakeholder communication, scope and risk management, and excellent written and verbal communications. Experience with SDLC methodologies and artifact management (documentation, reviews, and approvals).
