Overview
Senior Executive Director - IDD
Location: Mc Murray, Pennsylvania, United States. Reports: Full-Time, 1st Shift - no weekends. Work Schedule: M-F.
Responsibilities The Senior Executive Director ensures effective management and leadership, the application and implementation of established policies and procedures, and administration either directly or through delegation of all its operating elements. The Senior Executive Director ensures that programs and services are responsive to community needs, are of the highest quality and maintains full compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
In this position the Sr. Executive Director sets vision and direction for a significant financial and operational segment of the organization. Develops and implements strategic plans and objectives for the organization in alignment with divisional and corporate strategy. Has primary accountability for growth, diversification, and staff effectiveness of area under management. Second level in charge under divisional leadership.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Human Service field
graduate degree preferred
7-10 years' experience overseeing and managing programs for individuals with an IDD
5 years administration experience
