Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications Overseeing and guiding the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software Overseeing automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field At least 5 years of Java, C#, or Python At least 1 year of JavaScript or TypeScript experience Ability to work in a modern software development office 3+ days a week with growth to 5 days a week in office when required Experience with design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and other engineers Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code Experience in unit, integration, and system testing Experience in development of microservices and RESTful APIs Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development and sprint ceremonies Active Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS or Azure and Kubernetes Experience with front-end development using React or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git, GitLab) Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum methodology including tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence Location
