Company: Highmark Health JOB SUMMARY: As a Digital Strategy Partner, you will shape and execute the organization's digital vision to solve key customer and business problems. The incumbent will work with omni-channel Product Managers to align digital experiences with business goals and customer needs across multiple channels, maximizing the value of digital capabilities. You will establish success metrics to show how digital capabilities meet objectives, consider market and tech trends, customer behavior data, performance data, and journey analytics, and recommend how digital channels can contribute to goals. Key activities include defining and shaping digital strategy, identifying opportunities to solve business problems with digital technologies, conducting market research, external benchmarking and competitive analysis, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary product teams to develop roadmaps and initiatives. You will work with Digital Product Management to bring strategy to life through digital products and manage vendor partners and other stakeholders who support digital experiences. This role is designed for a big-picture thinker and team player who loves architecting digital experiences, driving innovation, and thriving in a highly matrixed environment. Essential Responsibilities Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise. Responsibilities will vary by initiative and may include team leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support. Participation on a portfolio of projects. Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units. Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to the initiatives success. Support the identification of initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives to ensure alignment of the overall strategy. Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives. Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization. Other duties as assigned or requested.

Education

Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Preferred Masters Degree in Business, or related field.

Experience

Required 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience in Business or Healthcare or equivalent combination of experience and education. 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Preferred 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry. Experience influencing change in complex organizational systems.

Pay Range Minimum: $92,300.00 Pay Range Maximum: $172,500.00 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidates qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
