Overview
Van Der Hout LLP is seeking a full-time Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the practice. You will ensure every client, visitor, and caller receives a warm, professional, and efficient experience. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for client service, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced legal environment. This is an in-office, full-time role, Monday through Friday, with opportunity to work closely with attorneys, partners, and staff in a collaborative, client-focused setting. Minimum experience: Entry-level. Compensation: $52k-$56k DOE. Location: ADMIN - San Francisco, California. Note: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls. Process and distribute incoming mail, including case noting in the case management system. Maintain organizational systems to support smooth office operations, including upkeep of the physical office. Communicate and coordinate with attorneys and firm partners. Provide billing and general clerical support. Scan and file documents accurately. Order and maintain office supply inventory. Coordinate catering for office lunches and events. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Associate’s degree or higher preferred. One (1) year of front office or administrative experience preferred, ideally within an immigration law office. Benefits
