Overview

Leads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects. Must have experience integrating multiple applications and varied databases (such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong experience with Salesforce customization and integration. Responsible for managing enterprise architecture systems, hands-on experience with POCs, data processing, enterprise data lake, and batch processing. Excellent comunicao and documentation skills, and ability to lead and drive teams. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise for development teams on projects and initiatives. Guide development teams on technical patterns and best practices. Map business capabilities to technical solutions and modules. Develop technical roadmaps of applications. Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and design specifications, adhering to enterprise architecture and security best practice standards. Collaborate with other architects (e.g., Business Architects) and enterprise/domain architects to ensure solutions are optimized and aligned with strategic direction; some team members may be offshore. Lead the process of integrating IT systems to meet organizational requirements. Conduct periodic system architecture evaluations and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture. Evaluate project constraints to identify alternatives, mitigate risks, and perform re-engineering if required. Update stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture. Resolve technical issues as they arise. Apply a good understanding of enterprise tools and organizational processes. Experience with various processes within the Healthcare Domain. Analyze business impact of technical choices on client business processes. Continuously research emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture. Create and maintain, enhance procedures, processes, and designs for the organizations systems. Mentor and guide development teams.

Qualifications Required Education

Bachelors Degree in computer science, Information Services, or other IT related field

Required Experience

6 years experience as a Solution Architect or in a Lead Architect Role managing and maintaining enterprise systems 3 yrs experience in Healthcare Domain Business Process 3 yrs experience with complex solutioning with vendor integration: Cloud Integration 3 yrs experience with full stack development and deployment Experience in Salesforce and MS Azure Microservice and API strategy Hands-on PowerShell scripting and other JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS Troubleshooting and optimizing SQL queries and bottlenecks Security standards and guidelines Encryption, Web Tokens, Single Sign-On, API data security standards Experience in various DevOps and DevSecOps strategies Web N-Tier Architecture and Architecture Design Patterns

Experienced in development (Programming) skills and performance tuning of applications Superior communication skills Excellent project and resource management skills In-depth business and technical analysis skills Risk identification and management skills Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see connections between layers of business operations Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals Ability to define beneficial solutions and identify inefficient ones for a given business need Experience reviewing and ensuring systems adhere to Compliance and Legal Department mandates and requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree Microsoft cloud offerings/solutions ITIL Foundation EDI experience in Healthcare ETL strategy and tool experience TOGAF Foundation Experience configuring, troubleshooting and administering: Edifecs Platform Salesforce Platform Sitecore Platform MuleSoft and Apigee QNXT (Cognizant/TriZetto)
