What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Ensure excellence in research methodologies and build robust research operations, including compliance and data ethics
Communicate complex insights and strategic narratives to executives to drive alignment and investment decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 10 years in Experience/UX Research or Design Strategy, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
Proven ability to connect human insights to business outcomes, with a portfolio demonstrating impact on product strategy
Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods and strong communication skills for executive audiences
Experience in building research capabilities and ensuring ethical practices in research
Demonstrated ability to attract and retain diverse talent while fostering a positive team culture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in complex domains such as platforms or regulated industries
Familiarity with product finance and opportunity evaluation methods
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
