Represent clients in legal proceedings, including product liability and consumer litigation cases Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Attend court hearings and depositions on behalf of clients Negotiate settlements and plea bargains with opposing counsel Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on their cases Manage a caseload of litigation cases and ensure that all deadlines are met Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients Keep up-to-date with changes in the law and legal industry trends Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability and consumer litigation cases Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of litigation cases Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Equal Opportunity
