Senior Regional Manager, Schwab Wealth Advisory at TieTalent. This role involves coaching and counseling a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to grow and support the client base they serve. Responsibilities and expectations

The Senior Regional Manager will coach to daily planning and execution for Schwab Wealth Advisory clients, monitor client interactions, coach to improve service and advice quality, and manage compliance and administrative tasks inherent in the industry. The role requires establishing strategies and design plans to meet asset and service targets and fostering collaboration with internal partners and clients. What you are good at
Motivating
– As a leader you will inspire your team by providing support and championing the collaborative Schwab culture. Building collaborative relationships
– Build and foster relationships with internal partners and clients (Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division). Developing others
– Share extensive financial services experience with a team of CFP or CFA investment professionals. Managing change
– Establish strategies and design plans to ensure asset and service targets are met. Managing performance
– Monitor client interactions and coach to improve service and advice quality; include compliance and administrative tasks as part of daily work. Qualifications
CFP designation or CFA designation required (may consider 24 month condition of employment) Bachelor’s Degree required Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required Active and valid FINRA 66 license required (may consider a 120-day COE) Active and valid FINRA 9/10 required (may consider a 120-day COE) Five plus years’ experience in the financial services industry Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred What’s in it for you
