Senior Vice President of Marketing (Hybrid) – Luxury Brand Partners
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead ONE / SIZE’s 360 marketing strategy and execution. This executive will oversee brand development, brand marketing, integrated marketing, PR, events, founder relations, creative marketing and strategy, and overall brand storytelling and positioning. The role supports cross-functional partner activities in performance marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and communications strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building iconic brands, leading high-performing teams, and driving measurable business outcomes. Compensation Base pay range: 250,000.00 / yr - 270,000.00 / yr This range is provided by Luxury Brand Partners. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more. Location/Hours HYBRID: This role is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person work in Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours; West Coast candidates are preferred. What You’ll Do Essential Job Functions Define and evolve the company’s brand positioning, marketing vision, and go-to-market strategy. Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the executive team on all marketing-related matters. Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs. Brand & Creative Oversee brand strategy, visual identity, and creative direction across all consumer touchpoints. Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across campaigns, channels, and platforms. Content, Social, and Communications Lead content marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and PR strategy. Build a narrative that deepens customer loyalty and expands brand relevance. Team & Budget Management Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Manage departmental budget, ensuring efficient spend with strong ROI. What You’ll Bring To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications. Reasonable accommodations can be made to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential functions. 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive leadership role (VP or above), ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of building and elevating iconic consumer brands with strong equity and market presence. Deep expertise in: Brand strategy and storytelling; Integrated marketing; Creative direction and visual identity; Social, influencer, and content marketing; PR and event strategy. Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with eCommerce, Creative, and Product teams. Demonstrated success in driving business growth through data-driven marketing plans and clear KPIs. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills; ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and executive presence; experienced in representing brand voice across internal and external channels. Comfortable working closely with founders and C-suite leadership, balancing visionary storytelling with operational execution. Strong understanding of marketing ROI, budgeting, and fiscal responsibility. Passion for diversity, inclusion, creativity, and cultural relevance aligned with ONE / SIZE brand values. Team Leadership & Oversight There are 14 roles that report to this job. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, twist, and squat to adjust or position equipment, cameras, or set up for events. Prolonged periods standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes requiring long periods of driving or riding in a vehicle. Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue. Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse. Must be able to carry and transport promotional or sales materials. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, often time-sensitive environment.
