Responsibilities

Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies

Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong working relationships with clients

Generate and edit various types of communication materials, including press releases and pitches

Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development

Participate in new business development and operational leadership activities

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in a public relations agency

Strong background in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management

Proven ability to measure the ROI of communications activities

Excellent publicity skills and understanding of media requirements

Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and/or Business

Experience in delivering impactful PR campaigns with a strong portfolio

A wide network of media contacts across various platforms

Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking in PR strategies
