Full-Time | Digital Content & Media Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a talented and innovative

Content Creator

to produce engaging multimedia content that connects with fans and promotes the team’s brand. This role will focus on creating videos, graphics, photos, and written content to be shared across social media, website, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality video content including game highlights, player interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional clips. Capture and edit photos during practices, games, and team events. Design graphics and visual assets to support social media campaigns, digital marketing, and fan engagement. Write engaging captions, blog posts, and other written content aligned with the team’s voice. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing team to develop content strategies. Stay current on digital content trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage content schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Support live streaming and video production during games and special events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in sports or entertainment. Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Strong photography skills and experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Excellent storytelling and writing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Flexible schedule with availability on game days and special events. Preferred Attributes

Passion for sports and fan engagement. Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and quality. Experience with live streaming and broadcast production a plus.
