Construction Project Manager This position requires an active
Public Trust
clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. The Construction PM will assist with CBPs acquisition; building operations, maintenance and repair (BOMR); funding management and budget tasks; and construction management. Supports project requirements and acquisition program management, including procurement activities and documentation. Assists in developing acquisition documents following USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, and FAR regulations. Creates and delivers requirements documentation to the Government, and assists with Market Research, AoA documentation, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE). Collects and analyzes data for project costs, creates cost estimation templates, and develops baseline estimates. Manages project funding, tracks financial actions, and reports on budgets using TRIRIGA. Plans maintenance and repair, provides budget recommendations, and tracks project documentation and funding. Oversees construction projects from initiation to close-out, working with end users and agencies like USACE, FAA, and GSA. Ensures project data is maintained in systems like SharePoint, SAP, WMS, and TRIRIGA. Monitors project progress, ensures quality assurance, and provides technical support and problem-solving during site visits. Assists with environmental task oversight, site evaluations, and developing project documents such as PRDs and SOWs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree PMP Certification highly desired 5 or more years experience in facilities management Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Experience using SAP (ERP System) Experience in IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Must be able to attain a CBP Public Trust clearance Experience in construction project management and working with Government contracting Experience working with USACE, GSA, and FAA is preferred Company Information
