Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness. Provide managerial and clinical oversight for all mobile/tele-video assessors, referral management, and call center staff. Provide training for all staff; provide clinical supervision and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure appropriate triaging of patients to the most appropriate level of care. Supervise the daily schedule of staff to ensure suitable coverage for 24/7 call center operations. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education:

Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field. Licensure and Certification:

Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the state where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), RN (BSN). Experience:

1-3 years of related work experience; 3-4 years preferred. Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.) Must have a valid driver’s license. Benefits
