Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Hybrid)

Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position can be filled in Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ. This position assists with recruitment efforts for the Bank. Partners with members of the Talent Acquisition team to assist in any stage of the recruitment cycle and to monitor and administer Talent Acquisition programs and tools. May provide support in talent strategy, or in projects and initiatives to meet business needs. Responsibilities
Business Support - Responsible for activities related to the collaborative or direct support for Talent Acquisition (TA) including posting, advertising and marketing positions, reviewing resumes, screening support, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel. Assist in candidate communication and follow up. Operational Support - Provides support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Analyze and resolve issues for applicants, TA tools and processes. Program Support - Coordinate meetings and logistics. Assist in tracking and execution of various initiatives that drive business results. Reconcile and process payments. Documentation - Create, maintain, facilitate and track Talent Acquisition process documentation. Reporting - Monitor and ensure accuracy of reports/data and proactively follow-up as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination Preferred Area of Experience: Talent Acquisition or Human Resources License or Certification Skill(s): Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and technologies including applicant tracking and digital platforms., Knowledge of Human Resources policies, laws and regulations.
