As part of the pre-sales team, you’ll collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and leadership to shape AI strategies, lead technical evaluations, and showcase core solutions. You’ll also play a key role in advancing the enterprise platform for data-centric AI development and evaluation. This role requires strong technical skills so we are searching for someone with Data Scientist/ML Engineer background.
Main Responsibilities
Lead technical sales: run tailored demos, evaluations, and Proof-of-Value projects tied to customer outcomes. Advise on AI strategy and architecture, engaging stakeholders from executives to engineers. Drive hands-on AI lifecycle tasks—data prep, LLM tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Partner with sales to shape deal strategy and ensure smooth handoff to post-sales teams. Build scalable pre-sales assets (demos, workshops, POV frameworks). Work with founders, product, and engineering to relay market feedback and shape roadmap. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in AI/ML pre-sales or 4+ years in technical sales engineering with AI/LLM focus. Skilled in AI/LLM tools (PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Mistral, Llama, etc.). Data Science/ML Engineer background. Strong Python, cloud, and MLOps expertise. Proven ability to frame customer problems and deliver impactful AI solutions. Excellent communicator who links tech to business value across audiences. CS/engineering background; advanced degree a plus.
