Bilingual (Mandarin) Wealth Advisor, Schwab Wealth Advisory (LP) – TieTalent Join to apply for the Bilingual (Mandarin) Wealth Advisor, Schwab Wealth Advisory (LP) role at TieTalent. The position is a Regular, on-site role with Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA). You will be part of a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory solution, delivering personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing advice to clients built on Schwab’s investing approach. You will work as a fiduciary within a dedicated SWA team, delivering an exceptional client experience, using a wide array of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading) to help clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their goals. The role offers collaboration with an experienced team and opportunities to deepen wealth management expertise. Location and work arrangement: on-site in the specified locations; Schwab emphasizes a mix of hybrid/work flexibility while maintaining in-person collaboration. What you have
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Active FINRA Series 7 license (May be obtained with a 120-day condition of employment for certified and current CFP designation or CFA designation holders, verified before hire) Active FINRA Series 66 license (May be obtained within the first 120 days) Three or more years advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required Preferred Qualifications: CFP or CFA Superior relationship management and client retention experience Polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, attention to detail In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
