What You’ll Do
Write one new vertical microdrama script every 5 weeks, or edit and adapt existing scripts.
Create compelling, fast-paced dialogue that resonates with a mobile-first audience.
Collaborate closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure scripts deliver marketable moments that drive viewership and retention.
Translate classic romance tropes and fresh story concepts into addictive, binge-worthy episodes.
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate to hit deadlines with precision.
What You’ll Bring
Experience writing for another vertical microdrama company (please include samples with your submission).
A deep understanding of romance tropes, enemies-to-lovers dynamics, cliffhangers, and episodic hooks.
Familiarity with the structure and pacing of vertical dramas—able to match the rhythm, tension, and emotional beats audiences expect.
Skill at writing sharp, emotionally charged dialogue that feels natural and addictive in short-form episodic format.
A proven ability to work quickly and independently, meeting tight turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
Passion for the intersection of storytelling and technology, and excitement to help build a generational AI x Entertainment company.
