We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Integration Developer to create and implement robust enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API-led connectivity, system-to-system (STL), and point-to-point (P2P) integrations. You should possess a solid understanding of integration patterns and secure data exchange protocols such as SFTP, TLS, and OAuth 2.0, along with familiarity with Azure integration services.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing mUnit tests, deploying APIs, and supporting integration workflows with a strong emphasis on quality and performance. Candidates should also be adept with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI Editor and have a foundational knowledge of integration patterns, secure protocols, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities:
MuleSoft Development (70%):
Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs, STL flows, and P2P integrations using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub.
Transform functional and technical specifications into secure and scalable MuleSoft solutions under senior architects’ guidance.
Implement common integration patterns such as request-reply, publish/subscribe, and content-based routing.
Contribute to Technical Solution Documents (TSDs) including mappings and architecture diagrams.
Ensure secure integrations by implementing protocols like SFTP, TLS, and OAuth 2.0.
Create mUnit test suites that achieve high code coverage and support automated regression testing.
Enhance API performance utilizing DataWeave transformations and caching strategies.
Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting via Splunk and Anypoint Monitoring.
Manage API lifecycle through Anypoint API Manager, applying necessary policies.
Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline development, testing, and documentation workflows.
Integrate with Azure Service Bus queues/topics and Azure Blob Storage for large payload processing.
Invoke Azure Functions as part of integration workflows.
Connect to Azure SQL and Cosmos DB from MuleSoft flows for effective data operations.
DevOps and Database Support (30%):
Assist in supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments while integrating mUnit and artifact repositories.
Collaborate effectively with ERP teams, such as Oracle ERP, to create reliable integrations.
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), writing optimized SQL queries.
Provide production troubleshooting and root cause analysis support.
Ensure adherence to enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (required); 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration development, with at least 2 years focused on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is required; Integration Architect certification is a plus.
Experience with API-led architecture, STL, and P2P integrations.
In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, SFTP/TLS/OAuth security protocols, and MuleSoft error handling.
Able to contribute effectively to TSDs and comprehend architectural design documents.
Proficient in mUnit testing with a focus on achieving high coverage.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD processes.
Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2, emphasizing query optimization.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP integrations and data models.
Experience with Splunk for effective log analysis and monitoring.
Knowledge of API governance and policy application in Anypoint API Manager.
Exposure to AI tools like Cursor AI Editor for enhancing development and testing processes.
Working knowledge of Azure integration services including APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Storage, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
Ability to collaborate with a team and learn from senior developers.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
