Title: Senior Product Manager/Associate Director, Multichannel Marketing Lead

Overview Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager/Associate Director, Multichannel Marketing Lead who will report into the Senior Director, Marketing Promotions. You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in the launch of Celcuity’s first potential product – Gedatolisib. Gedatolisib is a novel, multi-target PI3K/AKT/mTOR (PAM) inhibitor initially focused on advanced breast cancer, with the potential for broader indications. The successful candidate will help shape and execute the promotional strategy across channels, leading the integration of media & non-personal promotional marketing with congress, peer-to-peer, 3rd party programming and analytics. This is a highly visible, high-growth role that requires strong analytical skills, superior cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate at all levels of a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and successful execution of digital HCP marketing initiatives based on analysis and deep understanding of customer data and various ecosystems (non-personal promotion, Veeva, third-party media, etc.)

Develop and execute promotional tactics to support Celcuity’s commercial presence at local, regional and national congresses, including in-booth materials and onsite advertising opportunities

Lead the development and execution of third-party media tactics and programming

Guide the research process to uncover actionable insights around customer channel preferences, digital behaviors, and engagement patterns, translating these insights into innovative and effective multi-channel strategies and tactical executions.

Translate insights into marketing actions and business recommendations for demand generation. Refine strategy and messaging based on customer insights and data

Partner with commercial operations, sales, medical, and market access to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of tactics

Work with DAOR (digital agency of record) to continually optimize non-personal promotion campaign strategies, provide feedback on campaign performance, targeting capabilities

Partner with Commercial Operations and DAOR to establish short vs. long-term multi-channel marketing plan, with the intent to evolve plan into comprehensive omni-channel strategy

With an eye toward efficiency and agility, consider ways Celcuity can optimize its marketing budget across channels to help maximize ROI and competitive share of voice

Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance/legal standards for pharmaceutical promotions

Represent Celcuity as a trusted partner in the oncology community

Qualifications

S./B.A. in science, business, marketing, or a related field

6+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

3+ years of oncology marketing experience, including hands-on experience with Brand and Digital Marketing tools and analytics tools

Passion for digital media strategy, data and socializing key insights through persuasive story-telling that brings meaningful and actionable context to drive more data-informed decision making

Strong knowledge of marketing and HCP multi-channel media targeting, execution and performance measurement

Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, including managing across teams and external agencies

Knowledge of FDA regulations governing pharmaceutical promotions and compliance standards, including the Promotional Review Committee process

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of exploring new ways of working, driving new opportunities, and catalyzing others to build creative solutions

Field sales experience or experience working collaboratively with field sales teams

Solid planning and project management skills

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in a related field

Marketing experience in breast cancer

Cross-functional experience in areas such as market analytics, sales, sales management, or key customer marketing

Gedatolisib phase 3 clinical development programs are focused on the treatment of patients with HR+/HER2- ABC in the 1L and 2L settings. A Phase 1b/2 clinical trial evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer, is on-going.
