As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) on this team, you’ll lead complex projects from conception to launch, driving alignment across product, engineering, design, and business functions. You’ll be a key connector, working across organizational boundaries and levels to ensure programs are delivered with precision and impact. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented TPM who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about driving outcomes, and excels at bringing structure to fast-moving, dynamic environments. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical projects within the Live portfolio, from inception to launch and beyond Oversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiatives Lead key operating rhythms within our organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross-org issues / communication / partner concerns Anticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans Ensure high-quality, timely communication across all levels, from day-to-day contributors to senior executives Create and manage key TPM artifacts including project plans, RASCI charts, and risk logs to ensure clarity and transparency Contribute to a culture of operational excellence, technical curiosity, and continuous improvement Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally in a product-driven or platform-focused tech environment (with a focus on leading full stack, end to end integrations and testing) Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and time zones Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and modern product development best practices Exceptional organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities Experience with foundational and advanced PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Gantt charts, etc.) Ability to synthesize complex technical and strategic topics into clear plans, updates, and communications Confidence navigating ambiguity with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfort operating across varying levels of seniority, from ICs to senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Requirements
Experience working on livestreaming, eCommerce, or real-time platform technologies Technical know-how (agile methodologies, scrum formation, technical tools) Proficient in Airtable and Jira Job Details
