Regulatory Analyst

Skylo . This role is located in Mountain View, CA, and onsite 3 days a week. How You Will Contribute
Research and analyze licensing and compliance requirements for direct-to-device (D2D) Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) in various countries where Skylo is authorized or is obtaining licenses. Research and analyze key data privacy policies and mandates regarding data retention and residency requirements, traffic landing requirements, legal intercept, and KYC in countries where Skylo is authorized or is obtaining authorization to provide service. Design, implement, and maintain robust databases on key regulatory issues, incorporating research findings and input from regulatory team members. Monitor and analyze regulatory trends regarding D2D NTN policies and regulations, assessing their potential impact on the company and communicating findings to the regulatory team. Assist the regulatory team in securing service authorizations, managing regulatory compliance, and representing the company before government agencies and in international organizations. What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, international relations, political science, telecommunications). Proven experience in creating and managing databases, including proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory concepts clearly. Strong analytical and writing skills, with keen attention to detail. Experience working effectively on collaborative cross-functional teams. Ability to understand global markets, create strategies and roadmaps for obtaining authorizations in those markets, and work across time zones. Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally. What We Offer

The compensation range for this position is:
$102,500 - $128,000 . This range reflects the low and high end Skylo generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. EEO Statement
