Project Manager will manage and collaborate with a cross-functional project team to integrate Stanford's eConsult platform with the Client. The role includes facilitating regular project meetings, providing clear and timely project status updates, and ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations. This project integrates Stanford's eConsult platform with the Client to enable secure, electronic specialty consultations. Responsibilities
Develop the Project Charter. Create and maintain a detailed Project Plan using Smartsheet for project management. Actively manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions). Gather and document requirements and perform gap analysis as needed. Ensure requirements are met and maintain alignment with scope and timelines. Qualifications
57 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience with eConsult platforms (ArtistaMD preferred). Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 57 years of Project Management experience. Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred). Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and tracking. Senior/Employment Details
