role at

Lolli & Pops . Ampersand Brands is the parent company of Hammond’s Candies and Lolli & Pops. We are a growing business spanning manufacturing, retail, and wholesale. Our products delight consumers nationwide, especially during seasonal peaks, and our growth plans demand stronger forecasting and planning capabilities. Role Summary

We are hiring our first

Demand Planning Manager

to build and own forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) at Ampersand Brands. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who can turn messy data into clear forecasts, stand up a repeatable S&OP process, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Initially focused on Hammond’s, this role will establish tools, processes, and cadences that can scale across Ampersand Brands as we grow. Key Responsibilities

Forecasting: Build and maintain a baseline statistical forecast covering both short-term (0–6 months) and long-term (12–24 months) horizons, with special attention to Q4 holiday peaks. S&OP Process: Design and lead a monthly S&OP cadence that aligns Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations around one consensus plan. Data & Tools: Create Excel-based tools and templates to clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources (ERP, POS, historical sales, etc.). Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear reporting on forecast vs. actual, variance drivers, and inventory implications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate productive discussions that balance sales opportunities, inventory investment, and manufacturing capacity. Future Growth: As Ampersand grows, expand the process and tools to cover all business units, with potential to build a planning team. What Success Looks Like in Year 1

A reliable baseline forecast exists where none existed before. A functioning S&OP cycle is running monthly with measurable forecast accuracy. Data-driven forecasting tools/templates are in place and used by the cross-functional team. Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning (CPG/seasonal experience preferred). Advanced Excel skills; proven ability to turn messy ERP data into usable insights. Demonstrated experience building forecasting or planning processes, not just maintaining mature systems. Strong communication skills; able to facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive consensus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus but not required). Compensation & Growth Path

Salary Range: $60,000-90,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus. This role is on-site in Denver 4 days/week with flexibility on the 5th day. As Ampersand grows, this role will grow with it — with potential to build a team and evolve into broader Supply Chain Planning leadership.
