Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent that is open to travel 75% of the time? Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Superintendent to join a dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of unique projects across different regions. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a FULL TIME Employment opportunity and NOT a Contract Position! Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on job sites, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, ensuring milestones are met timely and efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure all construction activities comply with company quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management/superintendent work, with a proven track record in site supervision and project management. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, and safety protocols. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proficiency in construction software and technology, including project management tools and CAD software. A valid driver\'s license and the ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
