Join a Digital Lab team as a Marketing Automation Specialist, responsible for building and executing personalized omnichannel marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll ensure high-quality campaign delivery, monitor email deliverability, and collaborate across teams to optimize marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
Build, QA, and execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and triggered journeys. Monitor and optimize email deliverability and IP reputation. Troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective email, direct mail, and media campaigns. Participate in agile processes and maintain documentation. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend new strategies. Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer Certification. 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and database marketing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and client communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and SQL. Analytical, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
