Overview
Sodexo is seeking a **General Manager 4** to support healthcare operations at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. This position focuses on patient services and oversees food service operations within the hospital environment, including Expressly For You patient meal pods, retail operations (main cafeteria and coffee shop), and catering as needed.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of food service within the facility
Deliver high quality food service to patients, staff, and visitors
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
Develop strategic plans to improve service and efficiency
Create a positive work environment and lead by example
Ensure Sodexo Standards are met
Support and oversee catering operations as needed
What You Bring
Has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to work collaboratively
Has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
Can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and deliver high-level customer service
Can prioritize tasks and adapt to additional responsibilities as needed
Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
